While it was further out from where I live, Dr. Bagby’s Orthopedic team was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommended.
The ER at Miami County Hospital has changed drastically since it’s been taken over by KU. It has lost that small town hospitality and now has that corporate feeling of a larger facility. It is very unwelcoming. They do not have any idea what is going on. I would highly recommend going to Advent South, or another ER that is not associated with KU. I highly recommend Paola hospital. This is one of the best hospital experiences I have ever had the staff of nurses top notch I give them a 12. The doctors that were on staff that helped my father were excellent, thorough, very considerate of my mother's thoughts, concerns, emotions and well being. The Social Service department Outstanding!
