Cut was a boxy mess - expected better results given the reviews and stylist profile - stylist was Cristal who said she worked and taught at Bumble & Bumble but she cut more like she worked at Supercuts, really amateur. I see now the reviews are fake. Blowout was absolutely horrible and the she used a tiny travel flat iron on my thick coarse hair. Crystal is the best! She's a genius with both cut and color, a seasoned pro who also happens to be a really cool DJ and photographer--she brings so much aesthetic knowledge to her work.
I have been coming to PANYC since 2018 so this review is a long time coming. Billy is a wonderful hair stylist. He manages to leave my hair vibrant and soft. I was prompted to write this review because I am truly in awe of his talent. For years I was getting vibrant red highlights but recent decided to go blonde for the month. He took his time, did a spot test to see how much color he could lift with minimal damage and the result was wonderful. He helped me get the sunkissed blonde I was hoping for!
