Doctors office moved. Never notified my mother. Mom showed up for her appointment (which had already been rescheduled once) and there was a sign indicating that the office moved. So my mom went to the new location, and they wouldn’t see her because she was “late”. This is for a CANCER follow-up. We will be finding another dermatologist. (11/19/2021)
Horrible customer service at the front desk. I called and left a voicemail on the nurse line and the front desk line and no one returned my call for 5 days.
