Very greedy lawyer. He charged me $2K for a motion filling during a forclousure, which he did not. Then he is fooling me around and saying there is nothing to file motion. He spoke to other lawyer and got information that i have already provided him with documents. Either he shouldn't say he would file motion for agreed money or he should charge consultation fee, study my case and then tell me if he can do something or not.
