I live in a property in Madison, AL called The Villas at Capital Twenty and it is managed by this company. Last week I reported multiple mice in my garage and was told by the local apartment office that I had to wait until the designated pest control day this Wednesday to have it addressed. This company completely violated our rights during the apartment application process regarding service animals and people with disabilities. We were forced to create PetScreening accounts just to move forward, and the process required us to answer intrusive and unnecessary questions that go far beyond what the law requires.
