Was very rude to me and told me that because I spoke over her (interrupted her) that "I am going to be honest you need to find someone else to rent a unit to you." I am filing a report to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Alabama Attorney General. I mind you that my cell reception was bad in the Smiths Station area and I was simply asking her to repeat herself.
I have been using Panther Mini now 10 years! If they had homes to rent, I would totally move in!! Love this family.
All the negative reviews on here are just inaccurate. I have never been treated disrespectfully by any employees here, and I'm a difficult customer. I consistently forgot to pay on time for a couple months. Even so, I was never chided and simply paid for the storage as well as the late fee. They've always been very polite. They let me know several times the price would go up (for everyone) when I called to pay for my unit months in advance. The unit pricing is also incredibly cheap. I'm paying $60 for an 8 x 12 unit.
