Absolutely horrendous experience. Scheduled for gutter guard installation — less than a week before the date, they email (not call or text) to reschedule to the following Friday. No option to pick a time, just shoved a new slot on our calendar. Odd, since we had been texting and speaking by phone before — then suddenly they switch to email only to cancel?
