So many problems! They don't do early check-ins, and there is nowhere to keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out times. The unit was dingy and dirty looking. One of the 2 TVs in the unit didn't work. Also there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom! Called the number as this is a remotely managed rental property (no front desk), and they said the hot water had been out for the whole building for days. This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE And there is nobody that will get in touch with you or is available The number you call will connect you with offshore agents Basically if there are any issues (this goes for this location & beach plaza) nobody is actually available in either location to assist Nobody will work on a refund Nothing Not sure how they are legal or exist tbh Save yourself a miserable stay, go elsewhere

Convenient location and the online staff are responsive for any issues or needs. We felt comfortable and secure staying in Pantera Rosa. Only disturbance was the room right below us was getting some work done(on Saturday morning) it was too loud, but for a short period of time though and the couch in the rooms needs some work(or replacement) for sure. But overall a good stay for the price. And the location of this hotel is the best!
The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, had all the essentials for cooking, bathing, etc. The decor was suitable, nether dilapidated nor extravagant. The exterior was clean and appealing for safety and comfort. The check in and check out procedures were all electronic. There was no onsite staff with exception of maintenance and cleaning crews during daytime. The pricing was very good for the season. Thanks Pantera Rosa. It was a nice stay and I will look again to your establishment first next year.
