Todo estuvo muy bien.
Pantera Rosa was absolutely lovely. The virtual check‑in was smooth and easy, and all communication was done through text — but it never felt distant. Every message was quick, helpful, and attentive, which made the whole stay feel effortless. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully kept. I felt comfortable the entire time and would definitely stay here again.

So many problems! They don't do early check-ins, and there is nowhere to keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out times. The unit was dingy and dirty looking. One of the 2 TVs in the unit didn't work. Also there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom! Called the number as this is a remotely managed rental property (no front desk), and they said the hot water had been out for the whole building for days.
