I’ve had such a positive experience at my apartment complex, especially thanks to the manager, Leticia! Recently my washer broke (which happens over time), and she immediately stepped in to help. She arranged for someone to come out, had it inspected, and got it replaced quickly. What really stood out was her communication — she kept me updated on the next steps and timeframes so I was never left guessing. Leticia truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate everything she does to make living here a great experience!
Pantano villas is a place to be. My 2 years being with them was a great one.I appreciate the team most especially Leticia Linares and There's Phipps for giving listening ears to the costumers when ever they are in difficulties. Pantano villas a place to be
not as clean as before. kids running around knocking on doors throwing rocks in the patio. No parent supervision. watch out for packages left at your door.
