Your animal is not safe here dead or alive!!!! Sadly my sick mother had to put her cat down. When called to pick up the ashes etc. They told her they were sorry that they messed up paperwork and they don't have her cats ashes. Staff filled out paperwork incorrectly. They were short staffed due to covid. Then you should charge half the office visit if we are getting half the service. Than it was Oh new employee etc. Nothing but excuses. Greatest Vet Clinic We have had our dogs cared for at Pantano Animal Clinic with Dr. Lent, Dr. Quick and the wonderful staff there for over 15 years. I am very impressed with their patience and kindness with our dogs and with us. I recommend this clinic to all my friends with pets. The vets and assistants take time to explain situations, and are able to guide us in the direction we need to take with our pups.
Expensive – Despite any good that they do, you can not get out of there without feeling that you are having to endure the hard sell. My dogs can't just go in and get checked, they need x-rays and tests and hospitalization. If you don't agree to any of it you're given the "you're not a very good pet owner" look. I declined base line tests and hospitalization for my 4 dogs when 1 ate a bottle of anti inflammatories. I paid to have all 4 made to empty their stomachs because, according to them, Ipicac (sp?) "doesn't work on dogs... read more
Best Vet Possible – We have now left Tucson but had Pantano Animal Clinic while living in Tucson. I can't tell you enough how amazing this vet is, we really miss them! They are so friendly from the second you walk in the door. The front staff is great. The vets are wonderful - we had Dr. Lent who was terrific. It's the kind of vet who calls you to check up on the animals. They honestly care... I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know. I have many friends now going to the Clinic and they are extremely happy.
