The front desk staff were very rude.
It's in a beautiful setting and the inn itself is very nice. It just needs to be updated, especially because of the price point. There are signs of wear that should be addressed, like in the tiny bathroom - the shower rod paint worn down, the mineral deposits on the fixtures (get a water softener) but the towels are great. High end hotels would clean this up. Plus the couch is not comfortable at all, the furniture looks worn. Great stay and attentive staff. Loved how well kept the rooms were and how comfortable the beds were.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pantai Inn! Three bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Complimentary breakfast and convenient parking space were delightful bonuses! A great place to stay if you’re in La Jolla!
