Billing office alleged that bill could not be finalized after 2 hours because the lab had not keyed in the charges despite repeated reminders. Offered to top up RM1k deposit instead of waiting and was allowed to go home immediately without final bill. To those reading, Just offer to pay more deposit so you can go home immediately. Doctors are good but hospital operations are a total joke.

1) 10am-1.30pm, the parking fee was RM8. Surprisingly cheap. Hence, this is my first point. 2) They were number of wheelchairs at ED and Block B/C. It's convenient that I didn't have to carry one and my mom didn't have to walk all the way to Imaging Dpt. The concierge guy was friendly and offered the wheelchair right before we even asked - that was mindful - Thumbs up to Pantai Hosp for having an initiative persons working in such service. 3) I dropped my my mom at wrong point but the navigations (signboard) are crystal clea... read more

I would definitely recommend Dr. Tay Hui Sian! A very good, friendly and approachable doctor who always makes patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for taking care of my cousin❤️😊
