In love with my quartz slabs! Great quality!
Great experience at Pantai thanks to Greg! We had purchased our slabs and he was so helpful and personal from start to finish. It was a very smooth process. Unfortunately our installers cut the slabs incorrectly. We notified Greg, he was very helpful and accommodating in assisting us in finding a new slab to purchase/deliver in one day. 10/10 would recommend! My parents also purchased theirs from here years ago and had a great experience.
Peor servicio al cliente nunca visto. No vayan pensando q los van a ayudar. Van a tener q rogarle al vendedor p que los atienda y ni asi van a tener suerte. Parece q les sobran los clientes. El vendedor Alex estuvo en el celular todo el tiempo y ni rogandole q lo dejara y me atendiera 15 min me hizo caso. Estuvo en sus llamadas privadas, se alejaba p que no lo escuche y me fui sin respuestas xq desaparecio dejandome sola en el lote. Y eso q soy clienta de años. Un verguenza. No vuelvo mas. Encima han subido los $ como locos.
