Parking was a bit of a hassle. I was confused about where guests were supposed to park, ended up getting stuck in the parking garage (which apparently isn’t for hotel guests), and then the lot across the street said “full” even though customer service assured me there was space. That was frustrating to start the stay. In the room, we found a dirty towel and a bug in the bathroom, which was off-putting. We were looking for a cozy family night out and are so glad we discovered Pantages Hotel’s Stages Restaurant & Lounge for their Piano Nights featuring the smooth, soulful sounds of Toronto artist Jesse Maxwell.
