She nailed it!!! I absolutely love my nails. Just what I asked for. This is my second visit. I love their polish selection. Amazing customer service. My pedicure lady is the best as well. Very attentive ❤️
If I could do 0 stars I would. I have NO idea how yall have 4 stars on here. The TRUE reviews are the ones on yelp where yall have 2 stars. This nail salon is TERRIBLE the worst I have ever been to in my life. How did yall manage to mess up EVERYONE’S nails at the same time? There’s a reason why your shop is so empty. The man doing my nails was shaking and cut my finger with one of the tools and tries to say that I moved. They tried to charge me to cut off my cuticles which I have never heard of that before. ⭐ 1 STAR – WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD I rarely leave negative reviews, but after THREE visits for the same issue, I feel compelled to share my experience with Pansy's Nail on North Tryon. On May 11th, I paid approximately $80 plus tip for a clear builder gel full set done by Anne. Within the first week, multiple nails started lifting and two completely popped off. Hana at Pansy Nails is truly amazing. She takes her time and has incredible attention to detail, and it really shows in her work. My nails always come out looking flawless, clean, and exactly how I envisioned them. She’s also so gentle and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails highly recommend Hana if you want beautiful, precise work every time!
The ladies here are fantastic! 2nd time here and both times were walk ins. Had my nail inspo pics and Hannah nailed it! Very friendly, very customer oriented and super clean shop.
