If I could do 0 stars I would. I have NO idea how yall have 4 stars on here. The TRUE reviews are the ones on yelp where yall have 2 stars. This nail salon is TERRIBLE the worst I have ever been to in my life. How did yall manage to mess up EVERYONE’S nails at the same time? There’s a reason why your shop is so empty. The man doing my nails was shaking and cut my finger with one of the tools and tries to say that I moved. They tried to charge me to cut off my cuticles which I have never heard of that before. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My gel nails always look natural, and the technicians are gentle and attentive. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and well taken care of.
Loved the ladies I met today. As they were welcome from Tiffany and I looking to see who phone keeps going off. From hers to mine lol. Tiffany did her thing on my nails and toes a life saver. Especially find someone who gets you right as you use too from a different state. Mesha getting my brows and lashes on point clock it. And of course the sweet owner was so pleasant with her hospitality. Will be making Pansy Nails my home salon now for all my needs. See you ladies in a couple of weeks. Thanks much ❤️!!!
I looked online for a really nice nail salon within Charlotte and came across this salon and it was such a nice experience. I walked in and spoke to Nina and she was so nice in helping me to decide which pedicure and nail service was the best for me. They provide services from all things nails, , lashes, and eyebrow. I ended up getting a deluxe pedicure as well as SNS on my nails so that it wouldn’t damage my nail beds. The whole crew was very friendly and provided with a variety of refreshments. My gel manicure turned out absolutely flawless. The technician worked quickly but precisely, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish. The salon itself was bright, clean, and very comfortable.
