This lab has created ongoing issues for both my patients and my team. Communication and accountability have been extremely disappointing. We have submitted multiple cases to this lab, yet we constantly have to follow up ourselves just to find out the status or expected return date of our cases. Deliveries are consistently late despite providing our office schedule in advance to ensure timely coordination. i have been using PDL for over 15 years and i can say only ,perfection and responsibility. i love the way the owner come and involve in almost all the cases and they have on time delivery and pick up . done many cases and i mean hard cases with them and i appreciate there work and help thank you again
