Wife odered a plant from them and it arrived broken due to them packing it by bending it to fit in a medium flat rate box and mailing it USPS. Call them and they said that they would send another one at no charge, well they sent it the same way and it is broken too. Guess they believe in beating their head against a wall and if it hurts do it again. Never will order from them again!
