Just completed a 8 transom window purchase and install. The entire process from Carl & Eddie quoting the project to Roslyn handling the office side with setting appointments have been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend them as I used them years ago and had the same excellent service. Your choice using them for your windows will be rewarding.
We had several issues with our door. No one was able to solve the problem until Brad. Brad observed the door to determine the root cause issue. He was meticulous in his assessment and decision making process. He was able to solve the problems with the door with great attention to detail and a keen eye for leaving things better than he found them. He gets a 5-star all the way! Be sure to request Brad! Nice on the phone but a 6 window minimum
I have to say that my first transaction with Panoramic was pretty average as far as walking throught the door and making a purchase. I was going to make a very small order (5 windows and an 8ft slider) so I certainly didn't expect any special treatment. when the windows arrived I had rented a trailer and set up an easel to transport the slider but misjudged how the windows would be shipped so the set up was far from usable.
