We had several issues with our door. No one was able to solve the problem until Brad. Brad observed the door to determine the root cause issue. He was meticulous in his assessment and decision making process. He was able to solve the problems with the door with great attention to detail and a keen eye for leaving things better than he found them. He gets a 5-star all the way! Be sure to request Brad! Nice on the phone but a 6 window minimum
I have to say that my first transaction with Panoramic was pretty average as far as walking throught the door and making a purchase. I was going to make a very small order (5 windows and an 8ft slider) so I certainly didn't expect any special treatment. when the windows arrived I had rented a trailer and set up an easel to transport the slider but misjudged how the windows would be shipped so the set up was far from usable. Amazing company!!! They made special time to come and help us out with a window problem!!! Talking to their staff has been amazing!! Very courteous and kind!!! We have talked to Brad and he was so eager to help us!!!!
We purchased a new Western slider from Panoramic Window and also used them to install the slider. We had a great experience working with Eddie and his team on the purchase and install process. These new sliders are not cheap but we shopped around and Panoramic had a good price. The new sliders are really a game changer compared to the old ones when considering aesthetics, functionality and energy efficiency.
