I’m very frustrated by the lack of care towards tenants in this building. I’ve submitted a request to have a high pitched noise and rattling noise in my bedroom fixed and I waited till now from June to receive a response. They put through that it was fixed and it’s not, plus no follow up with the actual tenant. No superintendent to address issues as well, very disappointing
Work was completed the same day. Excellent. Much Appreciated.
Sorry but neither job was completed. The door knob was broken by a yahoo in the building kicking it. Screen to repaired either
