The past year or so, I’ve noticed that they wouldn’t do a thorough clean the first visit. then they will schedule you for a second visit for more “in-depth” cleaning. I’ve been a client for 10 years, although I’ve experienced the rudeness of one of their receptionists towards my then 5 year old son, we still go here because I really like our hygienist. Amazing and friendly staff. I had nothing but positive encounters with everyone there. Very professional too.I was very nervous as I had never been to a dentist before. They were very supportive and re-assuring. I’m so glad I ended up at their dental clinic. In particular Cindy at the reception was amazing. She went over and beyond to accommodate my hectic student schedule. I highly recommend them.
I cannot even begin to explain how much everyone at panorama village dental is soo kind .My experience over the years have been absolutely amazing every visit .Dr basi is a amazing dentist and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have and address any concerns.I would HIGHLY recommend going in and meeting the team .
