Just had an ultrasound and EVERYONE in this office was very friendly and helpful. The ultrasound attendant did a thorough evaluation and it was completed in a caring manner. I have experienced this exceptional care from EVERYONE who has ever taken care of me at Penfield OBGYN. Especially Dr Klemick and his nurses including his nurse practitioner. Thank you!
I found all of the staff to be warm and professional, but I have some serious issues with systemic choices made at this office. I have no judgment at all about Botox or cool sculpting but I find huge advertisements for both of them is not the vibe I want at a women's health clinic– in other words giant imagery suggesting naturally aging isn't ok as my legs are open doesn't sit well with me. The pharmacy called a week ago Monday to refill my rx but it was not available the following Wednesday so I called Thursday to get a refill but it was not called in by the weekend. I called the following Monday again. Nobody called me or called in the rx and tomorrow is Tuesday. I am out of my medication and unsure what to do with no direction and no path forward. I have gone to this practice for years. The doctors and providers have been very nice when in person. Trying to get information outside of that is nearly impossible. The staff asks invasive questions and then cuts you off when trying to explain personal clinical information. The providers do not call back. In my specific experience they tried to send me for a procedure without further details and got frustrated when questioning some of the medication I was taking. Was going here for 3 years prior to getting pregnant. Pregnant with my first child, and was being seen up until 26 weeks pregnant. Out of all my baby appointments I met ONE doctor out of all my appointments. Was only seen by nurse practitioners and physician assistants. On top of this they kept trying to push me to get addition labs that were not necessary. Also went for my anatomy scan at 20 weeks they were unable to visualize some anatomy.
