I have been a patient here for 30 years. Over the years I’ve had good and bad experiences. Doctors and NP are truly caring. It’s the office staff that is hit or miss with my most recent experience and other examples have to do with billing. I was seen in July for help with sleeping problems while navigating this menopause stuff. I apparently had a bill due that was texted to me by an unknown number on August 1, I didn’t see it. I have never been to another OBGYN. I have been through many of the doctors and love so many of the staff there. Their recent addition of mental health services in office is incredible and I can’t recommend Hayley enough!!
