I went for a PT with a referral from my Doc. the PT was not there so the front desk told me that he would have called me the day after so I left all my info including insurance card. After 3 days not having heard anything I called and I was told that they would have checked and call me back. 3 hours later they called saying that my insurance had my birth date wrong so they could not release my info. Had horrible experience, therapist had very little experience, was not addressing problems from surgery. And the front office and billing office billed the wrong insurance company not once, not twice, but three times. Totally messed things up for months with my insurance company.
I switched to Panorama Summit PT post op acl. Colin is amazing! The therapists at Panorama are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I definitely recommend them!
Kristina knows how to make you sweat! It doesn't hurt that it's also a very friendly atmosphere!
