A REAL PRO! Paul McGrath has completed two separate jobs for us on our 1923 hillside home. One large job -- a foundation repair under our garage, and one small job -- a concrete foundation under a stairwell. Both were completely solid and professional and he did not overcharge. He also responded very quickly with emergency recommendations when our neighbor's 3 huge trees toppled, leaving a massive crater in the hillside just below our home. Paul is a very busy, in-demand contractor, but he is there when you need him.

Fantastic Job I had a very difficult drainage and reconstruction project, in terms of scope and accessibility, with the potential of work downtime at risk. McGrath undertook the project with tremendous care and perseverance, came in at budget even though the project had unforeseen challenges, and was always available when I had questions or concerns. property co-owner I've had 3 major jobs done by this company on different properties and all were were major. Going in we all knew the scope of the projects and that neither would be easy but this company got them done on time and on budget.

I would use these guys again. I used Paul McGrath to repair my foundation on a hillside single family home. The job was started 3 years prior with a different company who was horrible. I had to fire the original company and switch to Paul McGrath Contracting where I had the complete opposite experience. Professional, experienced, finished the job on time and on budget. He runs his company very well, all staff are approachable and informative.

McGrath Contracting is terrific I got the recommendation from my real estate agent and she did me right. McGrath Contracting did two simultaneous projects for me: putting in a hillside drain and rebuilding a property wall. Both jobs were done quickly and completely. Seems like they barely even started before they were done. Then it was cleaned up and all was in perfect order. Paul is a delight and his crews were friendly, fast and completely professional. Just top-notch work. Would I recommend him to anyone? In a second!

Great Job Our job was fairly large and we had already made several costly mistakes by the time McGrath came on the scene. They salvaged our mis-steps and got us in the right direction immediately. As is likely with any job, once they uncovered previously hidden areas, we found additional problems that needed correcting (at additional cost) before we could move on - but quite honestly, the structure of our house would have been compromised had these issues not been discovered. Beware of this contractor. started work on our property 3 months late and immediately attempted to increase the price. Job was completed six weeks later and we are still waiting for cleanup! Paul McGrath only appeared when he wanted a check and since final payment has not responded to our calls!!

Came highly recommended but although work seemed good customer service was terrible. Felt like our job was very low priority.
