We’ve (very unfortunately) lived here since December of 2021. These apartments are horrible. There’s new management every 2-3 weeks, response to maintenance requests is horrible, just about every appliance has broken and only 2 of them have gotten replaced. There’s homeless people or meth heads constantly going through all the trash cans late at night and super early in the morning. The whole complex smells like weed, cigarettes and dog pee. I have lived here for just about 2 years and WILL NOT be renewing my lease. I was pleased when I first moved in but as time has gone on that quickly changed. The management team has quite the turn over, seems like every 6 months or so there are new faces in the office. We are currently going through another management change which has led to a lack of concern for residents maintenance needs. Their is a maintenance guy I think his name is Roger who is very sweet and kind young man he fixed my stove very polite
you should do an adult only night
