Gabe and Xavier were absolutely phenomenal! They were here and fixed everything within a day, despite having an abundance of projects on their hands. We really appreciate all their hard work and they were friendly and informative on what they were fixing.
You will be calling maintenance a lot. They’ll put a bandage on it. Then you’ll be calling them again.
Panorama's 2026 maintenance team, especially Xavier, have provided top notch service. They're attentive and respond very quickly.
I love living here. Its peaceful, nice, amenities are good when they are open lol. Only complaint is theres NO noise control between floors so move to the top floor is my advice. Otherwise its my favorite place I have lived. On the maintenance team, Zavier is the best! I was locked out due to a miscommunication with maintenance and he came right away & let me in. Hes been great with the work orders as well- just wanted to shout him out!
