HIPAA violation - I have never been a patient & ended up with a $480 bill from another Erin Locker's visit. Have been in contact with them for 6 months with no resolution & they are still attempting to bill me for the visit.
Do not use Panorama's PT! First, they are not very attentive to your needs. I was going to PT after having a shoulder surgery, and they would spend 10 minutes with me one on one during each session. They have very little to work with it their facilities to help you make a full recovery. Most of the time they will just have to send you home or to a gym to do the exercises on your own, but charge you for an hour session. My other experience is being billed incorrectly. Dr. Haber and Panorama Orthopedics are the best!! I had to have massive rotator cuff surgery followed by six months of physical therapy. Dr. Haber was kind and professional explaining the damage and what to expect following surgery. My PT, Julie W., was also great teaching me how to do my exercises. I highly recommend Dr. Haber and Panorama.
