I injured my knee a finally got an appointment a week and a half later. They took X-rays and felt my knee and didn’t see anything alarming. He suggested that I get an MRI. He claimed he would put in the request and I should wait 7 to 10 days for the call to schedule the MRI appointment. I waited 13 days. When I called for an update I was told an MRI was never ordered. This doctor never even referred me to a physical therapist. I’m throughly disgusted with the lack of care I received.
The staff and Dr Snyder were fantastic!!! And I would recommend them to anyone that needs shoulder surgery.
