Visited Dr. Wente's office a couple of weeks ago. I was told that I need a MRI and they would contact my insurance for authorization. After about 10 days that I didn't hear back from them, I contacted my insurance and found out they never submitted a request. I called Dr. Wente's office, and left a voicemail asking for an explanation; never heard back from them. 58 male, left knee replacement. Outstanding results, highly recommend! My physical therapists are incredibly impressed with my progress. I'm getting the other one done in a few months. I wouldn't consider anyone except Doctor Wente for my knee replacement.
Dr Wente is very professional, but explains everything in a language understood by most! It looks like the surgery won't go the way he had hoped, but he is having to work with 80 year old bones. I trust him completely, and know God will be there to help him.
An excellent Doctor, staff and office. Dr. Wente provided me with a good diagnosis and treatment plan. He took the time to carefully listen and to provide me multiple options for my treatment plan and did so with respect and compassion. The office is friendly, runs on time and is everything I could have wanted in a practice. I highly recommend this Doctor and office.
