Gary Jackson was amazing. Even though I wasn’t able to get approved for a loan this time, he still took the time to explain what I can do to improve my credit and put myself in a better position for the future. He genuinely seemed like he wanted to help instead of just turning me away. He’s the first person I’ve talked to who actually took the time to guide me and give me useful advice. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. I highly recommend going with him.

Offered me something when I called them back they had sold me to a different company and now the other company doesn’t even offer the same. Customer service not helpful, reads from script.
Our mortgage was sold to Panorama in November 2023. The first thing we did was research reviews and unfortunately we were over run with nothing but negative. We were definitely concerned, 2 years later we just got notified that were being sold again. In the 2 years we were with Panorama we never experienced any issues. Customer service was always helpful. Awful experience! They made life difficult for us by asking for the same documents multiple times, took long to respond and then had to TOE which they did not complete in time. Pick another lender if mortgage shopping
