Awful experience! They made life difficult for us by asking for the same documents multiple times, took long to respond and then had to TOE which they did not complete in time. Pick another lender if mortgage shopping

I purchase my home in 2023 my loan was transferred to this company. I have been calling and getting the run around when it comes to refinancing. Every-time I call I’m presented with a different number to call because said department don’t handle this place is a complete joke
