Very disappointed since we never even received a call-back from the owner, John Lowe. We visited the office/model in Albuquerque and loved the home. We talked to Carole there at the model home and she was excellent. The only problem is that in order to talk about next steps, you need to discuss the plans/process with John Lowe, owner of Panorama. We left several messages by phone, email, and even another relative called and left messages. We never received any response or return call from John. We discussed this with Carole ... read more

The 5 star reviews on here come from subcontractors and employees. Do your due diligence on Panorama Homes by talking to the homeowners who spend years and 10's of $K fixing poor quality. As soon as you SIGN you're no longer a customer you are a liability and a burden.

I love Panorama Homes. The houses are beautiful and every location that they build has the best views. We visit the Panorama family every spring and fall parade and they never disappoint. The homes speak for themselves but what makes Panorama Homes so great is the people!! Their team has great people working for them with great knowledge and expertise. Did I mention that they have some of the best superintendents in the game. I would highly recommend getting to know the Panorama Family!
