Wanted to say, I lived here in 2019 for one year and it was honestly one of the best apartments I've lived in. I now live in Las Vegas NV, but I visited Albq a few months ago and drove by to see the apartments for the memories and I saw the maintance guy, which was the same one who took care of the place when I lived there which he was always an impressive worker who took pride in his job. I have lived here for over 3 years now and I will say thst one if the best places I have lived very comfortable quiet. My apartment is beautiful. I have 2 beautiful skylights that just make it so comfortable. The property manager. Kassandra is absolutely amazing and definitely knows her job. And how to? Provide great customer service to her tenants. She's always blew above and beyond all of her tenants to ensure That we are all happy and comfortable. Its a quiet apartment complex not alot of noise. Maintenance is very responsive to your requests. Office staff are friendly as well as neighbors. The property grounds are maintained on a regular basis.
