Its a quiet apartment complex not alot of noise. Maintenance is very responsive to your requests. Office staff are friendly as well as neighbors. The property grounds are maintained on a regular basis.
Very comfortable and safe place to live Plus the manager is very helpful and attentive
I have lived here for a few years, when I found the complex, and sat with the manager, we had such a lovely chat, connected by an understanding; from which my childhood experience with my dad, owning an apartment cleaning business in the late 1970’s-early 1980’s, and myself a youngling at that time would help with a few things. Recently went in for a tour of this property manager. I met with Casandra, the property manager and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made me very welcome. The property is very beautiful and quiet.
I have been a tenant for the year at Panorama Heights Apartments. I would like to give my feedback on the manager. She was a great help to me while I was in the process of selling my home and moving into an apartment. She did everything she could to ensure the process went smoothly.
