I came in for my first appointment and had a really great experience. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very attentive, which made me feel comfortable right away. The clinic was very clean and well-kept, and they use modern X-ray equipment that made the whole process quick and painless. Dr. Hawley was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. My experience here could not have been better. Very good communication, clean and welcoming office, and extremely friendly staff. The receptionist (Steph), dental hygienist (Lisa) and Dentist (Dr. Hawley) provided exceptional service, making the whole process very smooth, relaxed, and informative. If I ever move out of the west end, I will continue to return to this office for all my dental needs, that's how positive my experience was. Thank you Panorama Dental team :)
I just had my first comprehensive dental appointment here since moving to ON, and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Hawley and Krista were attentive, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Dr.Saray and the team are all so kind and welcoming. They always answer phones and emails in a timely manner, even when they were closed, they replied back to me, which I highly appreciated.
