I’ve been living here for about 4 years now as an owner, and honestly, this is the best condo I’ve lived in so far. I’ve stayed in a few different condos before, but this one stands out for a few reasons: Airbnb is strictly not allowed – which makes a huge difference. It’s always quiet, and you don’t run into random drunk tourists. The management team is amazing. Maintenance fees are around $0.72 per sqft, and you can really tell they care about the building and keep everything well maintained. The location is hard to beat. ... read more
