Fountain View by D.R. Horton - Absolute nightmare home, nothing but problems after moving in 2 weeks ago. The communication is terrible and nobody wants to take real responsibility. The air handler was installed improperly and has been draining underneath the flooring unknowingly since it was first installed. A lot of the laminate is ruined and had to be ripped up by a remediation team that had no respect for the new home as they banged up the doors and walls. Working with Brent and Bob was the best decision I made! After going through the stress of two failed home sales in NJ, I was exhausted. We purchased our home in October of 2024. We've had a some warranty problems that were difficult to get addressed. Finally speaking to Devin with DR Horton he scheduled all of my concerns and got everything taken care of. The Hawks Ridge managers Dan Lincoln and Lucas have been great at helping out with anything I had trouble getting addressed. I would say that the really great parts of Hawks Ridge are Dan Lincoln,Devin and Lucas. Kudo's to those three and much Thanks
