I moved here in August 2024 and I absolutely love it. Although it is an older building, it is well maintained and clean. It has all the necessary amenities and the units are big, not like the matchbox units constructed today. It’s in a prime location, steps away from transit, Oliver Park, Jasper Avenue and the legislature building where various activities take place throughout the year. I’m just returned from Victoria’s winter to glorious sunny Alberta sky! My space at the Panorama is huge in comparison, and my sirloin @ the villa bistro, around the corner from the Panorama, across from the Marchand mansion, with a view of Notley Park over the valley, is perfect for a wintery March 1st sunny welcome! Amazing location nestled at the heart of downtown without all the chaos and noise that you would expect from the city center. Building staff are friendly, responsive and truly care about the building and its residents. Tenants are screened properly and are respective of one another. I've been a tenant here since 2019 and I am still amazed of how much of a community this place has grown into!
