I’m just returned from Victoria’s winter to glorious sunny Alberta sky! Amazing location nestled at the heart of downtown without all the chaos and noise that you would expect from the city center. Building staff are friendly, responsive and truly care about the building and its residents. Tenants are screened properly and are respective of one another. I've been a tenant here since 2019 and I am still amazed of how much of a community this place has grown into!
Have been living at Panorama apartments for a year and a half. Love the building, location, and the on-site property management. Larry, Shaunalee, and their team are awesome. They care about their tenants and have created a safe and inviting environment throughout the building. Balconies are the largest I have seen downtown, and units are being upgraded and like new. We can't imagine ourselves anywhere else (unless somewhere warm and tropical) in the city.
Amazing management, very clean and a great community to live in! The staff is super friendly, respects each resident and always ready to help at the earliest.
