I’ve really enjoyed living at Panorama Apartments. It’s a very nice, quiet, and well-kept building, and the neighbors are friendly, which made it a great place to live. Dharmendra has been an excellent property manager - always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever needed. I’ve also had a very good experience with Har-Par overall. This has definitely been one of the best apartments I’ve lived in Edmonton, and I’m only moving out because I’m relocating to another city.

I moved here in August 2024 and I absolutely love it. Although it is an older building, it is well maintained and clean. It has all the necessary amenities and the units are big, not like the matchbox units constructed today. It’s in a prime location, steps away from transit, Oliver Park, Jasper Avenue and the legislature building where various activities take place throughout the year. I’m just returned from Victoria’s winter to glorious sunny Alberta sky! My space at the Panorama is huge in comparison, and my sirloin @ the villa bistro, around the corner from the Panorama, across from the Marchand mansion, with a view of Notley Park over the valley, is perfect for a wintery March 1st sunny welcome!
