Black mold is hidden. Probably painted over? My upstairs neighbors let me know why they moved out suddenly. I tested my unit for black mold. It showed growth within one day. By day two, the growth was twice the size. Don’t move in, it’s not worth it.
We had mold in are apartment and after we told management and told us to wait.. After 3 days of us contastly going to the office they came and just whiped the wall. the people in the office told us they have other tenants to tend to and were not top priority with mold where we live. Would highly recommend never living here.
Overall a pretty terrible place to live. They do no maintenance. They don't care about residents safety, they don't even restock waste bags for pet owners. We pay for amenities that can never be used. For example the spa has been broken more than open since moving in almost a year ago. Last summer the pool was closed for most of the hottest days. The gym, sauna, and tanning can only be used while it's office is open so if you have a job you can't ever use them. I would never ever ever ever recommend this place to live.
Inconvenient and disconnected management. Was given the wrong mailbox key, had to go back and forth twice before it finally worked the third time. When we first moved in the main waterline broke and flooded our apartment and we weren't able to move in for two days after that. They said they'd send someone over to fix the drywall because they had to cut a hole in the wall to get the pipe fixed, but never did, so a week later I called and they sent someone to patch it. This place seems to have no direction. It was just sold but at first they didnt' make it seem like it was. During the current snowstorm there was almost no snow removal and yet, they have people once a week blowing leafs around of the blacktop. The stairways were supposed to be powered washed and that never happened. Lot's of promises and of course they charge top dollar and call it "luxury Living" lol.
