i’m writing this review that I should’ve written a year ago as it is time for my son’s eye exam I do feel that the doctor was very educational and knowledgeable and very pleasant with me and my child. However, the staff in the front was not so welcoming they were very shady, discriminatory and unprofessional when it came to whether we were purchasing frames from this location.. two of the staff members in the front began to laugh when I expressed that I would not be purchasing frames from this location for my five year-old. ... read more
I absolutely love this place! Even the eye doctor was incredibly kind and attentive. I’ve never had anyone care about my eyesight as much as I do, which meant a lot to me. I truly wish I could give them 10 stars! Naomi is top tier I absolutely adore her! Thank you to everyone for such an amazing experience.
Really great office. Good customer service and very polite. The doctor Ive been seeing is also very nice. They know what they are doing. And they know that today customer service is king for a lot of people. If you got good customer service where you are competent, and then polite and kind to your customers you are going to rule. This office is very well managed and run. Competency and kindness is key and they have it.
Dr. Tiffany Koon is so nice and helpful, and the place is very clean.
