I am a LASIK failure patient and was referred to Dr. Koon for treatment options after years of none to minor relief. She has made my quality of life SO much better with countless trial/error. Dr. Council is absolutely fantastic! I had my annual exam back in March, and I felt it was important to share my experience because she truly went above and beyond to make sure my eye health was in great shape. She’s super knowledgeable and took the time to be thorough about what I should do moving forward to care for my eyes and vision. She didn’t rush me out or make me feel like I was just another appointment – she answered every question I had, both during and after my visit. i’m writing this review that I should’ve written a year ago as it is time for my son’s eye exam I do feel that the doctor was very educational and knowledgeable and very pleasant with me and my child. However, the staff in the front was not so welcoming they were very shady, discriminatory and unprofessional when it came to whether we were purchasing frames from this location.. two of the staff members in the front began to laugh when I expressed that I would not be purchasing frames from this location for my five year-old. ... read more
