Panomar is a great apartment building, clean, well maintained, and managed by a very responsive team. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment late at night, and Bria kindly came from far to help me open the door. I really appreciated her quick response and willingness to assist.😇
I relocated to the Bay Area and found Panomar to be the perfect place to call home. I have lived here for almost a year, and it has been an incredible experience. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the community is very pet friendly, which has been a huge plus. The team is very responsive, and the office is open Monday through Friday, which makes it easy to get in touch when needed. It is time to renew our lease. We are still doing research. One of the important keys to keep us living here is the manager and the maintenance specialist. The manager, Bria, is such a lovely lady. She is warm, caring, and understanding. She puts effort on making the complex to a community. The maintenance specialist here has been wonderfully helpful and all of our asks have been addressed quickly and professionally. He seems knowing everything!!
