Panomar apts are very nice. But there is a high frequency noise from one of the apts next to me. I have reported it to management but they have some nothing. It starts in the late evening and goes all night. So you get one star.
Sunset from the rooftop patio is excellent.
This is an older building that they have upgraded. This place is noisy , rather it's the loud garbage trucks at 6 am twice a week, the constant police/ambulance activity including swat hostage shooting ( today as I type) from the Marina Village INN which is an homeless shelter now that we share a parking lot with. Yet they still have expensive rent in comparison to other apartments on the island, dogs that bark non stop, hearing when your neighbor flush the toilet, winter when the boiler is running the banging is ridiculous,... read more
