Military here. These 5 star reviews blow my mind. Worst experience I've ever had. Both cars stolen after 3 months, was assaulted (hit in the face, needed stitches)behind the building by drunken party member at 2am. The tenant involved was not evicted. I moved, military orders. The drug rehab halfway house across the street hopefully has been shut down by now. Not fun being sheleyere in place by SWAT crews when a rehab patient ran around with a gun in the parking lot. Panomar is a great apartment building, clean, well maintained, and managed by a very responsive team. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment late at night, and Bria kindly came from far to help me open the door. I really appreciated her quick response and willingness to assist.😇
I relocated to the Bay Area and found Panomar to be the perfect place to call home. I have lived here for almost a year, and it has been an incredible experience. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the community is very pet friendly, which has been a huge plus. The team is very responsive, and the office is open Monday through Friday, which makes it easy to get in touch when needed.
