Absolutely ridiculous. My son who's Asd and adhd non verbal was scheduled here to have dental work done. We were told to be there at 9am. An hour drive, we were there at 8:40am. 1 hour waiting in the waiting room to get called, and almost 2 hours in a room to get started. I am ready to walk out. Autistic children to do not understand waiting. They do not have patience. Why would you have us get here and wait that long??? The whole staff is unconcerned. They don’t care about your pain nor your complaints. They come up with diagnosis before running any tests. And I left still in pain that hasn’t gone away since it’s been the next morning.
Panola med Hospital is very very unprofessional and most of the staffs that work there is all about a check. They are one of the worst Hospitals I've ever been to. I am a epilepsy and I went there for care and was told that they don't have the proper equipment for my health issues. They wouldn't even see me. I don't understand how the Batesville ER has even a 2.9 rating they deserve a zero I am 62 years old and had a horrible accident at home I had already been to the Red med I was already told that I had a severe fractured lower tabula and maybe other damage to my leg and my ankle and my foot absolutely a horrible ordeal for me when my son got me there there were no one in the waiting room they took me back for triage talk to the doctor afterwards they did not me it was told it with me but a few minutes and for me to go back to... read more
