I’ve had a great experience at Pannu Medical Clinic with Dr. Dhaliwal. It’s so reassuring to have a doctor who truly cares and takes the time to listen. The reception team deserves just as much praise—they are always so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile, they go out of their way to help with scheduling or any questions I have. I highly recommend this clinic!
I am writing this review to share a very disappointing and frustrating experience we had at Dr. Dhaliwal’s clinic today. Last week we called the clinic and spoke with the receptionist. She clearly told us to come on Monday between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM to see the doctor. We followed these instructions exactly and arrived at the clinic at 9:10 AM. Dr. Pannu is the best doctor I know in Surrey. He’s our family physician and he is so knowledgeable professional and patient. He’s so good and referred me to dr. Lorne dermatologist for which I would be grateful to dr. Pannu. BHARAT PATRUNI
