I have been a patient for over 15 yrs, today I was so disappointed in Pannu dental. I had an appt at 3pm to get a filling repaired, I called ahead and told them I would be late, when I got there at 3:15 I signed in and wrote my name on the paper. At 3:50 I spoke with the receptionist and told her I was still waiting to be called. She looked all flustered and was apologetic, apparently she did not know i had signed in.
