These guys showed up when they said they would! They were fast, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves each day. They explained their process of installation ie: letting the carpet warm up overnight before coming back to stretch and install in place. You can’t find a seam if you tried in a large room where it was required! I would highly recommend this company for your carpet install.

I was a little worried when the store name was “Private Residence” and the photos made it look like a normal house. However when I called they explained that “Private Residence” is the new name because they specialize in residential flooring, and use a normal looking house as a show room. Pannell fFoors just completed installing 275 Sq Yds of carpet for me. This included carpeting a living room, 5 bedrooms including two with walk-in closets, a very irregular shaped hallway plus two staircases, one of them a tricky curved staircase where the tread width varied with each tread. It was definitely a large job the required a lot of expertise. I'm very happy with the final result. Great job. Great people to work with. I recommend Pannell Floors.
