I began training with Dave 7.5 years ago, he literally helped change my life. I lost 50 lbs. & have kept it off while staying in great shape. Dave truly cares about his clients as people. Fabulous trainer & person.
I have trained with Dave for 14 years. I started with him when I was 45 years old and 80 lbs over weight. Dave is a living example of physical fitness. Dave cares about his clients. He learns their fitness goals and has a unique way of challenging us to meet them. Because of Dave I live a very active lifestyle at 60 years old. I have lost my extra weight and have kept it off for 13 years. I also have a body that I'm proud of all because of Dave's training and challenges.
I made the change from Lifetime fitness to Dave at Pankow Performance 2 years ago. Nothing against Lifetime, it’s just that I took the same classes, with the same weights, ran on treadmill year after year and just wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Dave is a true professional and sets up a work out program designed to meet my personal goals. I have been training with Dave since March 2021. I have been a member of several different gyms through out my life and I have to say this is the best one. The knowledge and attention that Dave brings to each and every workout is above exceptional. I am proud to say "I can lift heavy things now". The way that the gym is kept, shows how much everyone respects him, and how much he respects his clients. I highly recommend the Pankow Performance gym.
