Extremely difficult to get office to pick up OR return calls. Hospital couldn’t reach, my family has called and left messages several times to no avail. My uncle just had knee surgery, but has to be cleared from Patels office and do follow ups and have had zero contact. Wait on hold…no one answers….you leave a message, no return call period. Not even a delayed call days later just nothing. Dr. Patel is incredible just wish we could get ahold of staff during critical care.
