I am a new patient to Dr. G., he was professional and polite. He needs to pull all my pain management records from my previous pain management doctor, also he would like to have my rheumatology records so he could get a better understanding of what type of pain I am experiencing. At first the Doctor was offensive and after the third visit I came to realize he was weeding out people who were doctor shopping to get meds for other reasons other than pain. So if you are doctor shopping he takes things seriously. I told him I read his reviews and started to see what they were saying. Told him I’d probably leave a review of my own. Don't go there first of all, I'm in severe pain 100% of the day and night. He saw my paperwork telling him that I needed surgery. I cannot do it right now because I don't have family to take care of me. I've got a ton of MRIs... and paperwork stating that I'm in severe pain all the time! He tried me with Tramadol? WOW... I DONT REALLY want pain meds but damn he could at least give me something that would stop the pain for a couple of minutes. I'd rather just stick with my Advil liquid gels!!! Do not go here!!!! Im going to lay this out a professional as humanly possible. I am chronically ill with numerous comorbiditys, im am in terrible Pain 100% of the time. I hate thatvi need pain meds but the allternative is to lay balled up in the fetal position all the tiem crying. I refused to take them for yeats till i had not othwr choice .I switched PCPs because my old doc left . My new doc recommed Dr G and thats whwn things went wrong. I have suffered sever pain from multiple issues, some issues are from years in construction while I was in college also I was a firefighter for many years in New York and was injured during the 911 attacks in 2001. I fought through my body changing and breaking down for almost 11 years after until I could no longer take the pains. I retired in 2011.
