Kyle and his workers installed a complete heat pump and air exchanger for me and I couldnt be more pleased. They also worked hrs and hrs correcting manufacture defects in my original ductwork. They worked rain or shine and in the cold and stayed as late as 1am to get us set up. They corrected a great many issues with my system due to improper installation and ductwork performed by the original installers when the house was built. They were very disrespectful to my grandma. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t take her insurance and continued to argue with her. She has even used that same insurance there before but the lady refused to listen or talk to the insurance company when my grandma called them to straighten it out. she told her she would have to pay a copay in order to be seen but by time she said she would just pay the lady refused her service and threatened to call the police. My mother has been a patient there for years. My mother showed up for her appointment, and the book keeper/ receptionist began to argue with her about her insurance which has never been a issue. She even called the insurance company while in the office to confirm she was covered. The book keeper refused to speak to the insurance company. They then refused my mother service. She even offered to pay for the office visit out of pocket, and was still refused service. My mother has serious health issuses, and to refuse her servic... read more

I have never met any human that enjoys dentist appointments SO much. In past 3 years of visits, her dentist was the only person Gigi was willing to hand-over her pacifiers, bottles, and her ‘chewy/stinky’ blanket she had since the day she was born. Without Gigi loving her dentist this much, she might still be drinking bottles, sucking on pacifiers and chewing on a very stinky blanket. 🙏 🦷
