While creating this Artisan Style Pizza, we wanted to adhere to the standards of the old school pizzerias, and the art and craft of the great pizzaiolis who started the legacy over a 100 years ago. Our pizza dough is naturally leavened with a "Mother" strain of the starter yeast called "camaldoli", which also comes from Naples, Italy. It was a lovely afternoon at this pizza spot. I had a 12 inch half pepperoni half chicken, thin crust Pizza, which came out lovely. I also had appetizers, the garlic knots which were amazing. This is a lovely place. I will come back again.
We’ve come to this place for pizza for YEARS!!! Ever since I can remember. We always say “let’s get Paninos it never disappoints” I guess they are starting to. My kid and I were super excited when my husband came home with pizza only to open the box to find a burnt pizza. Never have we experienced this with a stuff pizza. Not too long ago we also order an artisan pizza and it was extra burnt from the bottom and we had to come up with plan C (pizza was plan B) for my kid’s dinner.
