Kristi is definitely the best server! We always request her when we go out to Panini's in Brunswick. The first time we had her, she went out of her way to figure out which type of drink we once ordered that had been removed from the menu. Bottom line, when you go to Brunswick Panini's, request Kristi.
Never have had a bad experience at this location except for a few weeks ago. Waited for a table which wasn't an issue but what I observed with the hostesses and several waitresses...they had long hair, not pulled back or up in a pony. As I watched one young lady constantly flipping her hair back then handling the table setups I'm thinking and watching her set our table hands in her hair flipping it back that she is touching the silverware, dishes that we are going to use. Jess the bartender is amazing! Very kind and efficient worker. 1st time here- will always come back because food out hot and quick! plus- our beers were never empty!

Excellent service and even better food! The wait was well worth it and my mom, grandma and I are definitely planning to return again. All of us were more than satisfied with our meals and the sheer quality of the food is a definite reason to come back!

This is a drink specific review, hoping someone sees it and fixes it. Paninis is a great place but it has the WORST margaritas I’ve ever tasted. Please get better Marg mix or, better yet, teach your bar staff how to make a good one. Love your place, but often go elsewhere for our dinners out because of this.
They did a wonderful job serving our cheer team and family! There were at least 50 of us. Great service with a smile
RecommendedService good and very busy place. If your in Cleveland,you eat a Panini...overstuffed with real Italian bread, slaw etc...
