Service was questionable. I asked for a glass of water 10 minutes later I placed my order. Salad and wings still no water. I let her know I would like a beer. Got my beer and I am thirsty so after drinking almost half of the beer I asked for my water again and my salad. Everything seemed to be an inconvenience. Well I get home and have issues with what I ate all night. The food upset my stomach something horrible...this was Saturday evening a little after 10

Went to the willoughby location. Service was good but food was horrible. My sister and I both got Panini Boys with onion rings. The burger was dry and extremely burnt. The onion rings were also extremely over cooked. This is the 3rd time this has happen.
Great service from the manager Evan on down to Amber our server and John from the kitchen !!! Thanks for great evening. Great food.
RecommendedWe had Ally as our Bartender. Honestly the absolute best,,,,she even gave me some of her Sour Patch Kids.
