Richard, the server, finally came by about 45 mins after my group of 8 were seated for dinner. Periodically, we asked for our server, since no one came by to check on us at all. When Richard finally did come by, he did not apologize for the delay, nor did he express any appreciation of our patience. We mentioned to him that we noticed that the place was busy, so we asked for his guess of how long our food was going to take.
