I walked in to pick up a Togo order yesterday 5/5/26 , the lady who was getting my food ready was the rudest person I ever met. It took them a long time to complete My order once they were done I said nothing just grabbed my food and the worker said in a low voice your not the only customer we have that’s when I responded to her about how unnecessary her comment was . Then she proceeded to just be rude . I’ll never eat there nor recommend any one to to the Bakersfield location , they help with customer service
We love Panini Kabob. We have eaten at many locations. On our way to Vegas we ate at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. In another trip, we also ate there on our way back from Vegas. Our first location was LBX, great food. We already ordered at least twice for big parties of more than 20 people. I did have a bad experience once with an older lady in Long Beach, she really was unhappy that day. She ignored me and was rude.
